Well, I had a friend who applied for his PR with a PCC which was over a year old since the date of issue and he had travelled a couple of times to India with stay not longer than 6 months, during his application, he mentioned as what it is in their website and had no issues with his application...

but doesn't it clearly mention saying " it was issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row" As per that information, even if you are travelling and returning before 6 months you should be ok right? or is it wrong information posted?

I would technically wait given that your profile expires on the end of that day, given that the least score is 480 and just in case there is a tie break, your profile is old enough for you to get an ITA

well, this is annoying there are tons of people waiting for ITA, not saying their strike doesn't make sense, but with soo many backlogs, they should've been a draw today. With the pause in draws I see the future prediction cut off score to rise up and not go down.

is it due to the ongoing strike? if this is the case can we not expect a draw until the strike has ended?

That's pretty confusing, because in my express entry profile clearly says not eligible for PNP nor FST and only for FSW and CEC, does his scenario mean I could still expect an PNP invite based on the province selected earlier? I'm sorry if my question is stupid, doing my research to be prepared...
