Is brandon university creditable to get PR by 1800 hours studying in ?

hello to everyone I just had a question about PR rules in each province in Canada I mean that only studying for 1800 hours is enough or not ??

Do you know what fields have the most chance to get scholarship for ?? For example I’d like to study Medicine , so can I get any scholarship related before it ?! ( I mean sth like science or etc ) ?!

Thanks for answering . So there’s no difference between I finish last two years of high school or I do just last year yes ?! Or if I don’t finish high school in Canada at all ?!?!
