I guess copr is case specific, some applicants 7 days some 3-4 weeks; this should then mean ppr request generally means PR acceptance but NDVO does conduct additional checks perhaps. Any one submit ppr end of May?

My wife and I submitted our passports to NDVO on 29th May 2018. Got ppr request on 25th May. From what I was told by VFS Delhi is it takes 7 to 10 working days for average processing of PR visas / COPR. Anxiously awaiting reply as I want to quit my job. Very hectic and living away from family.
