Yeah I'll give it some more shots. Most of the times the line was busy. The only time I succeeded was shortly after the 1-month mark, but the agent refused to update the address for me via phone and insisted I'd have to do it on their website - WHICH NEVER WORKS.

I've almost hit 2 months now and haven't even been able to notify them of my mailing address to receive the card....

Didn't you have to fulfill the "12 months residency" criterion to be eligible? I contacted ServiceOntario directly and they kept telling me I need to be in Ontario for 12 consecutive months first before I can apply :(
