Landed on April 5th, got a photo request on May 22, photo reached cic on may 28 (couriered it to 49 Dorchester st)...no updates so far...any ideas what next?!

Not sure if it is true...but what I gathered from various sources is that if you have couriered the photos rather than sending it to the PO box ot might take some more time to process as the letter needs to be sorted and sent to the relevant department.

Hi all, we landed on april 5th, got a photo request and photos delivered on May 28th (couriered it to 49 Dorchester St)... no updates so far...raised a web enquiry...and got a response saying that they cannot fond the photos in the system but that is normal...not sure what to do now!! Any help...

Can please you tell me which address did you send the photos to?!

Does anyone know if the processing is delayed if you send the photos by courier rather that regular post...photos delivered on 28th may but no updates yet!

Congratulations! Mine is the same timeline...but the application still shows submitted...i had couriered the photos instead of regular post...not sure if that makes any difference!

Hi..we are in the same situation...my photos were delivered on May 28 and spouse’s on June 4...no updates after that...CSE eeply said that they are processing photos from before June 4 and our photos are not in the system yet (which apparently is normal)..not sure what the next steps should be
