Hello I have got letter of acceptance(LOA) from Canadian college for 2 years post graduate diploma program of 4 semester. But it has 1 semester CO-OP term. So when i will apply for post graduate work permit..... will i eligible for 3 years PGWP.....? Thanks and regards

And if i will issue it latter whlie in canada For ECA i need to send my documents in sealed envelope which is quite difficulty for me to do that while in canada and universities of india generally do not co-operate for that...

i have completed my bachelor in India. I want to get point for that when i will apply for PR in Canada. I planned for winter 2019 intake for higher education. So it is advisable to issue ECA for IRCC even before come to Canada or after coming to Canada is advisable..?
