Hi, detailed experience letter is fine. I just put experience letter, tax assessment and pay stubs for mine.

You can add work contract along with experience letter. But, make sure atleast 70% of roles and responsibilities in your letter must match with NOC code.

Yes I might be late. I think most of the guys in this thread has started PR process not more than a year or two. But almost 90% of people who came to Canada as a student will get their PR in 4-5 years. My process started in 2013 April. I applied for study permit, extended study permit twice...
