Can he take any small certificate course? someone said that he is not going to get work permit after his studies if he stays.

and the best part is its not just him, approximately 200 students got the same letter from the same college due to unavailability of the seats, we called up immigration, they said you can apply for visitor visa, but study permit will get void then. so , he is in trouble.

And when he asked them in college that he should we do till september - they said go to "vacations". they are not taking any responsibilities.
