If i apply for EOR, is there any possibility to get .5 raise in writing? Or should I take the test again?

Yes the degree is a masters, but the institution is not recognized, which means its not valid in canada, which ultimately means, no points for that in CRS
They choose random members to recheck the exam. Its part of the security regarding results. Its unfortunate to be one of that random people. But nothing to worry. If everything is fine you’ll have the same result.
Reassessment is like evaluating your paper for recorrection. You can apply for it online if you are confident of your exam but you didn’t get your desired scores
