Hey! Applied for my husband's sponsorship February 13th 2021, went through a representative and got the email today that he has been approved. Anyone know what the next steps are? Like how long we wait to get the information of how my husband proceeds with getting his visa stamped? Thank you!

Yeah I will try to find out what I can and hopefully get the list of documents soon, @Bryanna what other options do we have to get him here? And that long wait was just for eligibility, they didnt do a background check @bcgigabyte

I have also ordered GCMS notes and will try to find out from his mom what documents she supplied. Turns out he has never had a visitor visa before. Both times he has been to the u.s. and the 1 time he has been to Canada, they were on work visas. @Bryanna

Hey, no we havent applied for them yet. I went to see my local MP yesterday to try to get any info. Hoping to order the GCMS notes this week. Do you think that would help?

We havent done that yet, but hoping to do that soon. I'm told to get his permission and order them for him as I am in Canada The stress is unreal right now, feels very heartbreaking

Has anyone else had this issue? Friend applied from south Africa February 18/ 2018 and since the end of February his application has said "we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" and his status hasnt changed since. We have send CSE's as well. Still nothing. Feeling...

To be honest, hes starting to get so frustrated and disheartened that I'm not sure he will even answer some of this for me. It's really starting to break him and his Hope's. I'm not sure how long he was in the u.s. or the validity on his visitor visa when he went to visit his mom, and I'm not...

Also forgot to state that I am a canadian citizen as well as my family if that helps in any way.

Oh wow, @Bryanna reading @Nunuc posts definitely makes me stress out a little bit more then I had been. I will definitely have to reread it some more to fully understand but there are definitely some differences in their application and my friends that concerns me over the answer we may get on...
