What is the "real" average processing time to get the PPR in 2019? I see some people getting their PPR in a month and some have been waiting for more than 6 months. It is 3 months since AOR (April 23rd) and nearly 2 months since MEP (June 4th) for me. No updates since then.

I called CIC today to check the "exact" status of my application because I did not hear anything new after the Medical Passed and We are processing your background check... status in early July. Got no help from CIC customer service in understanding the exact status. Rep said it is well under 6...

I saw it on my CIC account homepage when you login under the "current status" field of "View the applications you submitted".

I just saw an update on my cic page. It said, "application updated" or something like that but no actual email or any sort of notification in my profile. All the fields look the same. Hope the process is moving along.

Hi! Which forms did you use for declaring the goods on a work permit? Can I use form B4 for "goods to follow" on work permit? If yes, do I choose the "settler" option? Thanks.

Thanks for responding. When I called CBP at their Detroit office, they said that you have to export it and gave me bunch of steps to follow. Also added, if you don't export then will be penalized with $5000. I am unable to find proper guidelines in CBP website too.
