I decided just to go ahead and pay it and gave my biometrics because I was under the impression that biometrics was stopped since service Canada was closed now they're opened for appointments and it was fairly quick to get it done

That's amazing you got the refund, I'm in the same boat as you. Can you let me know what the content of the email was? Did you let them know that you got an ITA? My application under ONIP is still says submitted

Hello there, I would like to know if you withdrew your application first and then sent email? or you sent an email and then withdrew it? My application still says submitted status, if I withdraw now will I be able to get a refund?

I think you can take it, I know people who got ITA before 1 month as well as 2 months before their 1 year mark and got PR. But it is totally up to you, because you will have the added stress of getting rejection based on 1 year work experience

Definitely, you can't combine different work experiences under FSW like CIC. For FSW your work experience has to be continuous.

I'm not sure about 10th certificate but passports with parents name is good enough, if you have both of your birth certificates should be good as well, try to include your sibling's lease or phone bill for address proof

You will not be eligible for 3 years since it will only be 2 years and 9 months in total, also depends under which stream you're applying under. If it's cic then you'll be able to combine both the experiences as long as their under NOC 0,A or B. You will get points only for 2 years experience...
