Afaik, they just encouraged everyone to send their signed oath certificates asap. E certificate people will get an email within 24h and the certificate will be available 2-5 business days later. They also asked us to send an email only after 5 business days if we do not receive certificate

it depends on what is your office and your application. In my case, the Scr office processed background and within 3 days completed prohibitions and decision made . you can check the previous months trends in the google sheet. good luck

Checked today, please update. Was away from the system and tracker/mail not configured in mobile. Prohibitions completed 18 Oct Decision made 18 Oct Tracker updated 18 oct Oath ceremony via zoom 30 oct. Oath email received on 18 oct Office : scr Thank you for help and support.

Apparently it's available on the portal in 2-5 business days and usually can be downloaded by next day.

Thanks. My language and physical presence is completed. Only prohibitions is remaining now. Someone had mentioned that it's related/linked to background so I'm just hoping that the background check completion triggers a prohibitions completion soon . Thanks

Thanks. Any idea how many days would prohibitions take and eventually trigger oath email? My office is Scarborough and I saw a few cases in the tracker from May still having their prohibitions not completed.

Please update the sheet, fp received by ircc on 14 Oct, background marked complete on 15 Oct. Updated on tracker today 17 Oct. Prohibitions in progress citizenship ceremony not started. Hope it does not take long

Thanks for the detailed answers. I had called RCMP a few days back and they mentioned that the report was mailed to IRCC Van office on 17 Sep. I was hoping to be an exception in the Van office trend of taking >30 days but c'est la vie ...Here's to a faster response after today.

I sent my fingerprints on sep 11 (on day of receiving email) and it's been sent to Vancouver office on 17 sep (confirmed from rcmp) . It's not updated yet. Ircc says check around 10th Oct and rcmp says check again by 20 oct. Good luck with the long wait

If you're in Vancouver, there are 2 locations in downtown and one on Fraser street that are rcmp acrditated private companies and allow you to submit fp while avoiding the rcmp delay. I submitted the prints on the day I got the email. Good luck

In my case I was in the USA for 1.5 years after my soft landing and have about 3 trips to USA and 5 trips to India. Fp still pending after 12 days of submission and lpp in progress. Do they work on lpp before background completion? Thanks

The person who took my fp told me it takes a minimum of 3 weeks for the status to be updated after fp submission. And he gave me a telwphone number which will require your d/n number on your fingerprint sheet to check if your information has been processed by rcmp and sent to ircc
