I'm so sorry everyone. It was my mistake. I actually applied the "Non-residents of Canada for tax purposes" not cancelled my "PR" ( got confused, it was few years ago) Do you know which form should i fill, if I'm planning to return? Really appreciate your help.

It is not, I didnt know that i have to start to apply PR from stratch, again. It is two different questiones.
