Home page says 90 days, but the one after saving application says 60 !! :(

I've started with my application after getting the ITA yesterday, however after saving my application, it says that I have 60 days including today to submit my application. Isn't the 60 days policy only for the ones getting ITA in the next draw?

My CRS is 443 , is the invitation meant to be dropped on my cic account or mail?

was going through my EE profile and in the eligibility section for PNP it is mentioned as 'Not Met'? Can anyone explain why, my CRS is 443. Profile made on May 27th
