Hi guys, I've just called to IRCC and my current status is: criminality: in progress security: not started elegibility: not started I'm at IP2 since February 06. Why does it take so long? Lol

What kind of information the agent ask to provide details when you call to IRCC? UCI number, date of birth... something else?
