Hi! I'm going to study in a post graduate program in a college from sept 18. My program ends in April 19. Can i take the next course in sept 19? There will be a gap of 4 months between studies. Will this gap affect 3 years work permit. Any insight on this is highly appreciated.

Then it wont be written approved on the last line. If approved is written you should not worry

If its showing in gc key then it should be fine. They usually dont send any mail at least immediately.

Mine was offline application. I don't know what's the case in online..you may receive it on the portal or maybe in person when you collect your passport. Not sure though. I guess this letter is required to show the immigration officer when you arrive at canada airport. You'll receive it soon...
