One LAST thing, Does he need to sign it by hand as well or is the typed "signature" enough? It does state above the box "I agree that by typing my name, I am electronically signing my application."

Thanks so much, it worked! Just a few more questions.. How would I provide that extra sheet? Is there an official form somewhere? The "2017-10 to ongoing" is is main/intended job if he gets accepted for PR. Should I put that one on the form instead?

If I take those out, how will the gaps be filled and information properly inserted? They're all different employers as well!
