For Canada PR, I know that we have to disclose previous visa rejections. I have all H1B visa approvals no rejections at all. However, the perm application which was filed by my employer was rejected after audit. Now my question is whether we have to disclose the same in the background questions...

You need 1 year min Canadian work experience in either 2173 or 2174. NOC 2171 is not applicable for tech draw.

I may have max 75 points for Auatralia PR which won't fly for Software Engineers, so the only options for me are endless wait on H1B, some PNP, score coming down to 462 (FSW). I am in my early 30s and too old for a student visa in Canada.

yeah.. Will need to see how soon can I learn French to be included in French quota...I don't see a point trying to increase IELTS score if there is no FSW draw at all. Australia is even tougher!! I still have my H1B and Green Card processing going on although I won't see a GC until my US born...

It is disheartening! I am sitting at FSW 462 (NOC 2173). with the high score trend in express entry and CEC draws, OINP Tech draw was the last hope.

I have created an account in Oasis last week (SINP) with 66 points. I have CRS score of 433 (so no chance this year). I didn't get any NOI until now. Does that happen regularly or once in a month? Does 66 points stand any chance. I don't have any Saskatchewab connection.
