Im doing exactly what you said and each time when I press zero to speak with the agent its a high volume of calls and they dont even ask to wait 20-30 min the call is canceled:/ when are you calling usually?

Hopefully yours will change soon, if its mean any progress :) Im trying to call them but its impossible to speak with real person:/

Update; today my both application changed to in process. From received for sponsorship and in process for PR. I don't know if they only play with us or actually working on our applications. We are July 24.

Yes, we include use of representative form in the beginning. In beginning was ok I got his emails as a representative but when I contacted CIC through web form in February to ask where is our application I used my information to get request and they said that they wre unable to find information...

Who they will contact with? Sponsor or Applicant? My husband doesn't speak English very well, Im his representative, but once when I filled web form to ask about our application they said that they did not found any information that Im his representative:/
