    Canada PPR - How to send passports from USA

    Hi Guys, I just got an email to submit my passport for PR. The first email asked me to send the passport to Ottawa Address. But, I received another email and now they want me to send the passport to VAC New York. Has anyone here sent it via VAC New York?
