Hi! Hope you dont mind, can you post here their email they sent when your EOR is available already? I just want to know if they use standard email regardless if your EOR is successful or not. Or the email is different when the EOR is sucessful. Thanks!

Hi, can you share the email you received from IDP about your EOR results? because i received an email just now that my EOR is ready for collection. Is it true that if the result is positive they will mention in the email about how to get the refund? I just want to know what to expect. Thanks!
