I am in Victoria, BC. My application was transferred to Vancouver IRCC (assumption). All previous communication was from CPC-M. Then I got the portal invite from IRCC Vancouver. I got my details within an hour of responding and then radio silence.

I logged in this morning and had some type of Ghost update. The current status was Application/Profile updated, but no visual changes.

Try clearing your cache. You can do that via Settings in your browser. You can try a completely new browser, or from your phone too. If it's the same result from your phone.. Maybe create a new account and link the old application to the new account?
