Hi..I am in Canada ..I got a year extended for studies...got my study permit extension...now I need to apply for temporary residence visa...do I need to show funds in my acct now...again.. please help anyone with answer

Hi guys, I applied for may intake on 19 March. Surprising that I received a mail from bangBanga embassy stating "due to huge applications your file along with the others who are waiting for the same time visa will be done ."did any one else got such mail
