I’m in same position....been 3 months and no response on my application

I applied for Jan 2018 admission and my offer arrived on 11th December...as this was too late I deferred my admission to May 2018 and applied for visa on 26th February....till date no visa and no update BTW...my wife is working in US on H1 and I’m currently in India and away from her for past...

I would have answered that if I have got my visa already :):p I’m still waiting for the visa decision

I have submitted a letter to vfs asking to expedite my visa process as it has been more than 9 weeks....they didn’t even respond on that and I’m still waiting....so just sit back and wait for your turn.... keep your mind off this process....it is easy to say and tough to follow....just chill

I applied on 26th February...chill guys...if not this season will go for September...don’t loose hope..stay positive....all the best everyone...may everyone get a positive response :)

I have submitted a letter requesting to expedite my application process at vfs Hyderabad today. Once the letter is forwarded to the Bangalore Embassy, they might respond to it. I’m being positive on getting a response from them because it has already been more than 8 weeks since I have...

My consultant told me that we could get an extension letter from university if we didn’t get our visa by the start date....not sure on the exact process though And as per the admission letter, we have to report by May 2nd

Visit the embassy and ask for the same. I think that will work.

Got it... other day I have called up the vfs support and when I told them it is beyond 7 weeks for me...they asked me to visit the embassy and file a request form to expedite my case...why don’t you try this once

Never loose hope...if we can get visa even after the joining date we can defer our admission for next season

Yes I did, applied paper based on February 26th from Hyderabad which is now in process at Bangalore...still waiting for the response
