I'm in the same boat sent an email to Ircc over a month ago for an appoitment in Ottawa and havent heard anything back. We plan to cross at Thousand islands crossing for lunch and come back to Canada for my landing this weekend if we dont hear back this week.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a landing appointment in Ottawa? I email July 17th and still haven't heard anything. I called the help line and they didnt offer anything helpful just informed me to keep checking my email. Thanks so much.

Hello I just received my passport request email and it gives the address to mail the documents but it also says do not fill out the address section on your Canada post return envelop. I'm kind of confused what this means if anyone has any idea thanks so much.
