    hello all i got my first portal request on jan 5 and portal 2 request on jan 8. i submitted photo same day i haven't received eCOPR yet. when i login to portal its says "case in review with IRCC" i am in winnipeg my question is can i go to outside canada now or not.

    i had submitted my visa application for study visa in canada on 27 feb 2018 still dont get any update it just passed 40 days "application is being processed at VAC office Chandigarh " is shown on tracking at VAC website when will it update ??? how many days will it more ???
