yes. u can change. i already did. im under employer driven streem with ainp. i got aor and have problem eith employer. called ainp and cic asking about it. they told me find other job and get job offer and send them. i did. and get medical pass now.

u can leave a job, but u need to tell province and explain why u leave, and find other job in same positions and let them know.

the gov said they has plan to finish federal processing in 1year. but didnt update on cic website. but it seems getting so fast. even october got mr now. usually ppl got dm 2months after mr. but still we dnt know how is going next steps.
