    I called them yesterday and got an answer that if you had used a document in the first primary document, you could not use the same document as a secondary one. We have to add ANOTHER GOVERNMENT issued document, for example - a driver's license. Be careful.

    I can't give links here, but you can find it on the statistics Canada website. As I see, they issued some PPRs at the beginning of the new months (October, November) and then like switch off the light. No PPRs.
