thanks so much for this thread.. please if someone( NOC 3112) gets ECA recently from WES rather than MCC and the joins the pool then later realised it should have been gotten from MCC after getting ITA and so started the process of getting another ECA from MCC.... whats the way forward decline...

well as far as they are concerned you are still married untill you provide another evidence to the contrary. so just continue dealing with them as married , anything contrary to that will amount to false declaration because you are not legally divorced. your wife needs to be carried long tho.
