the issue is we waited for her work to make a decision wether or not they were going to renew, only to find out they are not, her permit expires in 2 days but i have found her another employer willing to hire her, the money isnt an issue, but on her permit it states she must leave canada by the...- Brianj02

Work permit about to expire help
my gfs work permit is about to expire in a few days, does she need to leave the country on the expiring date, or does she have 90 days to restore her permit. I am confused about this situation as i have heard different things, if anyone can confirm this it would be greatly appreciated.- Brianj02
