I thought so too but I did it upfront just incase and also I was in Kenya last winter break so didn't wanna take chances. If they require you to do it, they will let you know but this will just make the process slower.

When were your medicals cleared? Mine says no medicals required however, I had done it upfront just incase to avoid any delays.

Hey I am an international student from Kenya and plan to pursue my masters in Canada. I do have visiting visa to Canada but I am not sure if I can apply for a study permit from USA or go to Canada on visiting visa and apply for a study permit while I am there. Please help.
