That's weird. I sent to PO Box 8781 (for people who have address in Canada) and it was delivered. Your address should be correct, unless you reside in the States. The email says if your address is in the US you should send you documents to 365 Laurier Ave.

CEC AOR Feb 16, still no update. By analyzing Immitracker CEC cases, I noticed a pattern in the timeline - cases submitted during mid-month (i.e. around 10th to 20th day of the month) are processed slower than cases submitted at the beginning and the end of the month. CIC has approved cases up...

I got this email too. It might be a standard message sent by the system cuz I don't see any change to my application since receiving the msg.
