Thank you balkarthik. Since I posted on this thread, I emailed Etibicoke and Montreal office twice, called IRCC and logged a request using web form. Only got generic messages . Is there anything I am missing. Do we have an id for Vancouver office that I reach out to? I live in the city.

Hey, when you got the call from IRCC did it show as 'No Callar Id'? I want to make sure I did not miss any such calls.

Hi m9up1, PCC was mailed to me on 03/22 and I received it by 03/26. There was no communication from consulate all through the process.
