For Bcom from MU, university year is 3rd year. So do we need college issued teanscript for 3rd year or we can take college teanscript of 3 rd year and get it attest from mu churchgate office

Do we need to bring our own envelope or university will provide it? If we have to bring own envelope, will they put stamp of university and address sort of thing on the front portion of envelope?
