file sent on 10th march - today out for delivery and it showing on hold now.

I have got 2 medical requests. 28 feb and 12 march hello this morning I have received another medical reminder email says we didn't receive you medical. though I submitted a copy via webform and got replied that they received last month on 22nd march. anyone else?
