I do plan to stay in Canada but also be able to go to my homeland and have appeal rights (what outland type gives you). And surely I will extend it at some point. But still, do I choose living in our outside? If I choose in, I have to proove it, and as visitor that is imposible.

Thanks for answering. I actually have two OUTLAND types which I am trying to figure out. If I am visitor, am I living in Canada? I cannot prove that I live with my husband because I am just a visitor.

Hello everyone, I am filling out the application for where my husband will sponsor me. We have two children who are already Canadian citizens. My question is: Do I list them as dependent children in my application?

Hello everyone, I have started with my application and there is one part that confuses me. I am writing and selecting "spouse living outside Canada", but what happens when we go to Canada (planing this year and there is no way our application will be processed in that time)?

Isn't that one of the requirements? I know there is no income minimum but still he has to prove that he will provide for me/us?
