Hi guys, I found the solution for the error. Get adobe reader and fill/validate the forms with acrobat reader. I tried it and it worked. Looks like the problem is with the adobe acrobat pro. I hope that it works for you.

I have the same problem. I did the whole process on three different comuters. DOWLOADING, COMPLETING the forms, VALIDATION, SAVE and UPLOAD. and I get the same error everywhere. Could you please help.
