Hi Arun, No follow-up. As there is no MU contact, I just decided to wait. 3 months after the mail from WES, I have another one stating that they have the verification now.

3 months and my documents are apparently verified by Mumbai University. I did not follow-up. I guess there is someone replying to WES mails. Just needs a whole lot of patience.
