Hmm, Not that I am aware of such a scenario but there could be a few atleast ,given the entire sample size of applicants in this stage would run into a a few hundred thousand. And hey sure this entire year has been an anomaly id say compared to how things started in 2015 and panned out till late...

Hi, I just learnt that, my eligibility and criminality status is passed as of August 2018. The security checks have not commenced yet as on 3rd Nov 2018, can any experts here advise what does this status translate into. Also what are the chances of getting PPR? My VO is Ottawa and eAOR 12th...
