I ordered my notes 9 weeks ago and still didnt get them. I sent 2 emails to ask about my notes, no response. Is that normal ?

I'm also waiting on prohibitions/language/physical presence. They are in progress. Background check and test are completed. Oath not started. Can I still email them ? I'm planning to travel soon and I'm not sure when they will send me for oath.

Is it normal not to see any updates on the old tracker? I had background check and test completed on the new tracker, but the old one only shows AOR and when they started processing.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to update you. On April 20, I received invitation (by email) to take test. Test window April 22-May 12. I took the test on April 25 and passed it. April 26 I see my tracker updated to test in progress and they are informing me to take test (which i already had). Now...
