Hi I am Sep 28/ 2016 applicant. I got decision made on my application on feb 12 and till than i am waiting for PPR. I called cic, they says my application is approved but Ottawa is not ready to receive my passport yet, i asked him why Ottawa is not ready, he said he doesn't have answer to this...
