I do believe the content should include: who is your aunty (addressing oneself in the letter), what is the relationship of your aunty to you, how much she plans to give you and how she plans to do so (one lump sum, 1k per month, etc.)...

    No (but it wouldn't hurt to reinforce her statement to fund your schooling). She can get it notarized at the bank she is a member of or any other public notary (google it). Aunty should get it done, then sign it and have it notarized by a public notary to make it as authentic as possible.

    Yes, you would need a letter on behalf of her stating how much she will be supporting you with. Show proof of funds for her, previous statements. And I would also get the letter notarized.
