Just work on the reasons for refusal, you have a pretty good chance still as long as you are not banned/suspended

Some of you should try and your call your respective departments, thats the only way you will be told the exact thing going on. No email, CALL them

I was told other departments normally they take 10 from the waiting list but my department take only 1 from the waiting list and definitely i am number 10 in my departments waiting list

From authentic source, the university will reply to all applicants yet to know their admission faith latest 3rd week may. It also mean anyone who doesnt know his or her faith by now is on the waiting list. The once surely admitted are already notified by most departments already.
