You can change the address thru the WEB form or go to your ecas, may option dun sa taas for chnaging one's address.

It can be as short as one day - some apps started got bgc and dm and ppr on the same day. But mine started feb 9 and ppr was on April 19. The others na kasabay ko from Feb - naghihintay pa rin ng PPR til now. So you can never tell how it will take.

12 months yung validity ne medical. Yung mali ko kasi, nag medical ako before ko sinubmit yung app ko.

HIndi ko po nasulat details ng app ko. But they officially received my app May 3 2017, umabot nga ng almost 12 months. Na transfer sa MVO around July, nag ask ng re medical last February 8. BGC and pre-arrival Feb 9. PPR nung Aril 19 lang.
