Just some clarification on this issue...
If you meet residency requirements and YOU are applying AT THE SAME TIME as your minor child... the child DOES NOT have to meet residency requirement...

Ooh my.. read the law.. You have to have been a permanent resident for 5 years and during that 5 years have stayed a minimum of 1095 days in Canada
