I see, i know they cant send it to me in another country. Technically i have PR status for Canada, its just the process of me getting my PR card. If i go to canada say on a holiday i can apply for my PR card? I know the other way is to get a PR travel document. Would the first way work hardly?

Can she legally re send by PR card back to immigration office? Would that be in Canada or London were she send it back? SO my card is send back waiting in a office for me? Could i just ask to send it to an adress in or canada. Ranting here! Confused about the whole situation here.
