hi friends, I have 45% in bcom ,85% in 12th(commerce) and 9 cgpa in 10 and i also have a work experience of 3 years in a Bpo as a csa which is the reason of my low % in graduation.can i apply for Canada or any country for study visa? P.s.-i have 7.5 bands in ielts
