This is correct and precise. Just one person wrote something else as per their understanding of the question and it has created unnecessary confusion.

i thought so too, so i checked 2/3 times and false means - the opposite of that statement - could not find. Maybe I am wrong. But not sure no way to know because I forgot the questions too... just remember seeing so many NG and rechecking it.

Technically the speaker did not say 5:30 pm - it said 5:30 in the evening. so 5:30 is the right answer and not 5:30 pm. However I don't know if IELTS has changed anything in the last 10 years. I was told that am pm would be marked as wrong by an ielts teacher in 2011.

both sectio 3 and 4 are correct here...the tricky one was the question said what dd the supervisor say and not any of the students - because one of the answers was spoken but it was not what the supervisor said. in section 4 missing one is circulation i think. trafifc__ (circulation)
