My application was returned at the initial stage before AOR. I didn’t pay anything and resubmitted everything with 1128 days and entering missing info. Hope it helps.

I think my mistake was saying no to "During your 5-year eligibility period, did you leave Canada for any reason? For example, vacation, work, business, family matters, school or illness.". I specified travel information on optional document but still they returned my application.
